Job Overview

China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G) is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental management for a major luxury hotel tower development in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is intended for candidates currently residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The HSE Manager will lead site safety programs, oversee compliance with applicable Saudi regulations and project requirements, and coordinate with construction management, subcontractors, consultants, and HSE teams. The position involves managing construction risks associated with high-rise tower development, including work at height, lifting operations, scaffolding, and other high-risk activities.

Direct experience in both high-rise tower construction and five-star hotel projects is mandatory. Candidates should also have proven HSE leadership experience on major construction projects, strong knowledge of construction safety management, and relevant professional qualifications. Experience in Saudi construction and familiarity with applicable KSA HSE requirements are preferred.
