The successful candidate will oversee supplier sourcing and evaluation, quotation analysis, price negotiations, technical submittals, and procurement tracking. Key material categories include finishing materials, tiles, stone, doors, windows, façade systems, waterproofing, and interior finishes. Close coordination with design, technical, QA/QC, construction, and commercial teams will be essential to secure approvals and timely deliveries.

Candidates must have direct architectural procurement experience on high-rise hotel tower construction projects. Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of architectural materials, including finishing materials, tiles, stone, doors, windows, façade systems, waterproofing, and interior finishes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in high-rise hotel tower construction projects.
• Proven experience in architectural materials procurement for large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hotel finishes, façade materials, and architectural specifications.
• Experience in supplier negotiations, quotation analysis, material submittals, and procurement tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Saudi Arabia construction experience is an advantage.
• Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Candidates without direct high-rise hotel tower procurement experience will not be considered.
