China Railway 18th Bureau Group is seeking an experienced Post-Tension Engineer for a major high-rise luxury hotel project in Medina, Saudi Arabia. You will supervise PT slab works, review shop drawings, and coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires direct PT experience on high-rise towers, ability to read PT and structural drawings, and residency in Saudi Arabia. Luxury hotel towers and mega-project familiarity are advantageous.

Job Overview

China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G) is seeking an experienced Post-Tension Engineer for Superblock Five, a major high-rise luxury hotel construction project in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate post-tensioned (PT) slab works, ensuring that installation, stressing, and grouting activities follow approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable quality and safety standards.

The role involves reviewing post-tension shop drawings, tendon layouts, stressing sequences, and installation details. The engineer will coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to address technical issues, monitor execution, and maintain accurate inspection and quality documentation.

Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia and demonstrate direct experience in high-rise tower construction alongside practical experience with post-tensioned slab systems. Experience on luxury hotel towers or mega-projects is an advantage.

Candidates without relevant post-tension experience and high-rise tower construction experience will not be considered.
