Job summary

Proger is seeking a detailed-oriented HR Specialist to join the Human Resources team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, support full-lifecycle recruitment, onboarding, and policy compliance while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.

You will collaborate with the Branch Manager and Italian Headquarters to implement HR strategies across regions, ensuring Saudi Labour Law compliance and efficient HR reporting. English proficiency is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Administration.
• Experience with international or engineering companies preferred.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) mandatory.

Position:

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will handle day-to-day HR operations, support full-lifecycle recruitment, manage employee onboarding, and assist with policy compliance and administration.

You will act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR processes, helping to build a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Collaborate and coordinate with the Branch Manager, the HR Manager and the Senior Management of the Italian Headquarter to operatively implement HR initiatives required by the Company.
• Contribute, together with the HR Team, to the implementation of HR strategies, policies and programs provided by the Management to ensure the continuity of HR operations in compliance with Saudi Laws, international regulations and standards.
• Handle the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, employment contracts, contract renewals, orientation, training programs, performance management, employee relations and offboarding, across multiple countries and regions.
• Support in handling employee’s relation issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Use HR Information Systems (HRIS) platforms for efficient data tracking, employee records and HR reporting (i.e. QIWA, GOSI, Muqeem).
• Use the corporate HR platform and ATS system for uploading and/or updating contractual information and documents and to process related reports.
• Provide compliance with Saudi Labour Law and local regulations, including immigration, employment contracts, work permits and visa requirements.
• Perform the regular execution of HR activities in compliance with deadlines and company instructions.
• Support external consultants in the field of Labour Law and personnel management, when required by superiors.
• Cooperate in the management of all aspects related to compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs and employee rewards and recognition.
• Handle attendance activities to close the payroll cycle.
• Handle the activities of calculation and payment of GOSI contributions.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of employee’s data in alignment with data protection laws.
• Provide support to Line Managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with the different Corporate Functions in relation to cross-cutting issues of common interest.
• Perform HR reporting and analytics.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR Operations.

Any additional related and similar activities consistent with the expertise required to complete assigned tasks.

Other information:

Job Knowledge

• Solid understanding of Saudi HR laws, best practices and regulations, including employment contracts, work permits, and visa and Saudization requirements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software (internal and ministerial).

Education And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field: a Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Administration. Previous experience with international or engineering companies is a preferential element.
