Want More is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager in Nizwa, Oman to drive revenue through targeted client acquisition and strategic partnerships. Based in Nizwa, the role focuses on developing sales strategies, managing key corporate clients and travel partners, and delivering compelling hotel packages to grow market share.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in hotel sales, excellent English, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of local market trends and competitors.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in the local market as well as internationally
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners
• Create unique and enticing sales packages to attract new business
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
