Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years housekeeping experience.
• 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily shift operations of Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and Laundry when applicable.
• Verifies guest room status is communicated to Front Desk promptly.
• Inspects guestrooms and public spaces for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Obtains lists of rooms to be cleaned and prepares work assignments.
• Manages stock inventories and ensures supplies, equipment and uniforms are adequate.
• Drives guest satisfaction while working to meet the operating budget and departmental goals.
