Job summary

Faena The Red Sea in Oman seeks a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to accurately receive and inspect incoming goods and update inventory records. You will verify quantities, quality, and documentation, ensuring deliveries align with purchase orders and internal standards.

You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, maintain proper receiving logs, help with stock counts, and uphold safety and accuracy in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or business qualification is an advantage.
• 1–3 years in receiving, warehousing, inventory or stores operations.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, delivery notes, stock docs.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
• Basic Excel for record keeping and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify against purchase orders.
• Inspect deliveries for quantity, quality and specifications.
• Record items accurately in inventory systems.
• Document damaged or missing items and coordinate resolutions.
• Label, tag and organize stock in designated areas.
• Maintain receiving logs and support stock counts.
• Help ensure safety and cleanliness in the receiving area.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on discrepancies.
• Prepare receiving reports and inventory updates.
