Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC is seeking an IT professional to install, configure, and manage computer networks, workstations, and server systems across our properties in Saudi Arabia. You will support hardware/software, user accounts, and security, and provide end-user training.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, manage, and repair computer networks, workstations, servers, and related hardware/software.
• Provide end-user support and training on systems and security practices.
• Plan and coordinate IT equipment installations, moves, additions, changes, and security measures.
• Respond to technical incidents, troubleshoot problems, and refer major issues to vendors as needed.
