Job summary

Gender is seeking a Heavy Lifting Operator in Oman to drive and operate heavy lifting equipment for ship repair and fabrication tasks. You will follow shifting plans, inspect machinery, and maintain equipment to ensure work progresses on schedule with safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 10+2 or ITI trade certification and an Oman ROP license. Also responsible for daily reports, coordination with supervisors, and adherence to HSE procedures to ensure incident-free operations

Qualifications

• Operated heavy lifting equipment and followed load plans.
• Maintained equipment and prepared routine check logs.
• Ensured safety adherence and reported near-misses/ incidents.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy lifting equipment per production requirements.
• Carry out pre/post inspections and routine maintenance.
• Prepare daily progress reports for supervisor.
• Coordinate with Supervisor on equipment use and plans.
• Follow company safety policies and regulatory procedures.
