Goodman Masson Muscat is seeking a Head of Corporate Services to lead the establishment of corporate infrastructure for a new financial markets venture in Oman. This role requires a hands-on leader to build functions across HR, finance, corporate IT, and governance.

The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years in corporate services and a deep understanding of Omani Labour Law. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential, alongside a proven track record in multi-disciplinary operations.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in corporate services and operations, with 5 years at senior level.
• Experience in establishing regulated entities in Oman or the GCC.
• Knowledge of Omani Labour Law and corporate regulations.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage the company’s office lease and facilities.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and compliance with labour law.
• Manage external accountants, tax advisors, and banking relationships.
• Oversee corporate IT systems and cybersecurity.
• Establish a corporate travel policy and manage vendor contracts.
