Qualifications

• Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred.
• Strong contract drafting and legal research skills.
• Good understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Must be currently based in Muscat, Oman.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and legal agreements.
• Provide legal advice on corporate commercial and regulatory matters.
• Support company formation, restructuring and corporate governance activities.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and memoranda.
• Assist clients with compliance and risk management requirements.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulators and external stakeholders.
• Support due diligence exercises and corporate transactions.
