Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an asset.

• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Create menus that are innovative, appealing, and in line with hotel standards.
• Manage food inventory and control costs to meet budgetary requirements.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan special events and catering services.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into the menu design.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients are always available.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a reputable establishment.
