Job summary

Woopel, a well-established bakery in Nizwa, seeks an experienced Head Baker to lead production and kitchen staff.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. You will oversee the production of all baked goods, manage inventory, train staff, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a baker in a professional setting.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods.
• Ability to create new recipes based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain quality control standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is also preferred.
• Must be able to work full-time without accommodation.
