RemoteConnect in Salalah, Oman seeks an experienced Baker to join our team and produce breads, pastries, and cakes according to our recipes and standards. This is a contract role with a monthly salary of 1,400 USD and includes a free visa and a ticket.

Responsibilities include measuring ingredients, baking per recipes, monitoring ovens, decorating to order, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional baking experience.
• Experience with yeast-based doughs.
• Ability to read recipes and follow weights precisely.

Our bakery in Salalah Oman is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team As a Baker you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods such as breads pastries and cakes according to our recipes and standards This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month and includes free visa and ticket

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and mix ingredients to create various types of doughs and batters
• Bake products in accordance with approved recipes and quality standards
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure proper baking
• Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requests or bakery designs
• Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
• Clean and sanitize work area equipment and utensils regularly

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional setting
• Experience working with various types of doughs including yeast-based doughs
• Ability to read recipes accurately and follow instructions closely
• Knowledge of baking techniques measurements and weights
• Attention to detail in decorating baked goods
• Good time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in the Middle East or with Middle Eastern-style baked goods
• Ability to communicate in English fluently
