Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Commercial Manager in Muscat to lead business growth with government clients and key accounts, identify opportunities, grow revenue, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction across sectors.

You will develop commercial plans, manage a robust sales pipeline from first contact to contract signing, lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver consistent service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial management or business development with revenue growth.
• Experience managing government accounts and engaging senior decision-makers.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
• Good understanding of the local market and ability to develop business networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build, manage and grow relationships with government clients and key accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within government and corporate sectors.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing.
• Lead commercial negotiations and prepare proposals, pricing offers and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and consistent service delivery.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and commercial performance reports for senior management.
