Job summary

Siraty, a diversified group with interests across real estate, construction, hospitality and manufacturing, is seeking a Group Finance Manager in Muscat, Oman. You will lead financial and accounting operations across the group, standardise processes and provide reliable reporting and actionable recommendations to the Group CEO.

You will oversee finance teams, drive consolidation, manage liquidity, and implement ERP improvements (Odoo) while ensuring compliance with IFRS and tax requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field; professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of finance and accounting experience, including 3+ years in finance management or leadership.
• Strong experience in real estate development, construction, project accounting, cash flow management and cost control.
• Experience managing accounts for multiple companies, consolidations and intercompany transactions.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, financial analysis, audit requirements and tax compliance.
• GCC experience, preferably in Oman; manufacturing or hospitality experience is advantageous.
• Experience implementing or improving ERP systems, preferably Odoo; proficient in Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Fluency in English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and annual closing; prepare P&L, balance sheet and cash flow for each company and the group.
• Review bank reconciliations, customer/supplier balances, fixed assets and inventory; ensure supporting documents and accurate entries.
• Reconcile intercompany balances and prepare consolidation eliminations.
• Report performance against budget; explain variances and coordinate corrective actions with departments.
• Prepare rolling 13-week cash flow forecast and assess funding needs for 12 months.
• Monitor receivables ageing, collections and credit limits; coordinate with sales, leasing and other teams.
• Prepare payment plans and maintain proper separation of preparation, review, approval and execution.
• Monitor facilities, loans, repayments, guarantees and covenants; prepare financing analyses for management.
