Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction, contracting, engineering, or similar project-based industry.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting, contract financial management, and cost control.
• Experience in cash flow forecasting.
• IFRS knowledge and ERP coordination with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial accounting, month-end closing activities, and management reporting.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for projects.
• Monitor project profitability, budget variances, and cost-to-complete estimates.
• Manage project accounting activities: WIP, progress billings, retention, advances, subcontractor payments.
• Review contracts, variations, and claims with commercial and project teams.
• Oversee revenue recognition and project cost allocation per standards and policy.
• Manage cash flow forecasts, working capital, collections, and banking relations.
• Maintain internal controls and coordinate audits and regulatory compliance.
