Job summary

NTU International A/S invites qualified Technical & Engineering Experts to join its expert pool for Grid, Storage & PPAs. Candidates should have strong experience in electricity grids, power systems, energy storage, and PPAs, with a track record on renewable energy projects.

Regional exposure to MENA and EU/IFI-financed initiatives is highly valued. Selected experts may mobilise on short notice for project support across energy systems, grid modernization, and technical due diligence,

Qualifications

University degree in electrical/energy engineering or related field.
Experience in electricity grids, power systems, renewable energy, energy storage and/or PPAs.
Experience in design, assessment or implementation of clean energy infrastructure.
Knowledge of grid integration, storage solutions, power system planning and electricity-sector standards.
Experience in the MENA region desirable.
Experience with EU-funded or IFI-financed energy projects advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise on electricity transmission and distribution systems.
Support renewable energy integration and grid modernisation initiatives.
Assess grid capacity, flexibility, stability and interconnection requirements.
Provide technical advice on battery and other energy storage technologies.
Support technical assessments and feasibility studies for renewable energy and clean technology projects.
Advise on the technical and commercial aspects of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
Support the development of technical standards, grid codes and connection requirements.
Conduct technical due diligence and supporting project preparation and implementation.
Provide technical inputs to clean energy strategies, roadmaps and investment programmes.
