Job summary

Newrest in Muscat is seeking a Graduate Program candidate for an Operations Supervisor role. This full-time, on-site position reports to the operations manager and offers career growth in a dynamic, international environment.

You will manage multiple sites, oversee day-to-day service delivery, enforce contracts, and build strong client relationships while controlling budgets. Fluent English is essential; French is a plus. Remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is essential.
• Engineering degree in food/agri-food (general or industrial), hotel management school, Supply Chain, Logistics, or business school.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple sites.
• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the service.
• Know, understand, and enforce the contract.
• Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with clients.
• Budget management: food cost, labor cost, overheads.
• Manage teams on a daily basis.
• Manage the flow of raw materials.
• Oversee the implementation of internal systems and ensure they are properly used by the teams.
• Monitor and enforce QHSE protocols and guidelines established in collaboration with the QHSE department.
