Job summary
Raytheon Saudi Arabia is seeking a Global Industrialization / Localization Manager to expand international opportunities and build local industrial capabilities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across SBUs, Operations and Supply Chain, Contracts, Global Trade, and Finance to drive complex localization initiatives.
This onsite role in Riyadh requires strong proposal leadership, EVMS certification, and deep knowledge of international offset markets, with frequent global travel to engage
Qualifications
- EVMS certification required or equivalent
- Experience leading proposals and developing Management/Cost/Technical Proposals
- Experience interfacing with customers at all levels
- Strong knowledge of international offset and localization market
- Bachelor’s in engineering; advanced degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and develop industrialization concepts and proposals
- Lead lifecycle phases: concept, proposal, contract, program execution
- Develop industrial partnerships with local and international stakeholders
- Build relationships with local customers and USG authorities
- Provide accurate forecasting, EAC, and monthly reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SBUs and OSC/R&C/Contracts/Finance
