Job summary

Chanel IT seeks a Global Intranet Platforms Service Owner to lead the strategy, governance and operation of enterprise intranet services worldwide. You will shape the service offering, drive global standards, and partner with internal communications and IT teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service ownership or platform management at scale, ideally global (min. 5 years)
• Deep technical expertise in intranet and digital workplace technologies
• Ability to define governance, standards and roadmaps for large-scale intranet services
• Fluent English in a global international environment
• Strong vendor & roadmap awareness and stakeholder collaboration

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate global intranet strategy and governance across entities
• Design and run the intranet service offering, partnering with Global Internal Communication and IT functions
• Establish methodologies to deliver best-in-class internal websites and digital experiences
• Guide entities to adopt standards and achieve operational excellence and ownership of spaces
• Leverage LumApps, SharePoint Online, and other platforms to extend intranet capabilities
• Oversee L2/L3 support, incident flow, and lifecycle management for ongoing operations
• Ensure security, compliance, data governance and GDPR adherence
• Manage project portfolio and dashboards, reporting progress to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to set up architecture and security controls
• Drive continuous improvement via Centers of Excellence and Proofs of Concept
