Job summary

Chanel is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst to support the D365 Finance & Operations rollout, focusing on core processes such as O2C, S2P and R2R. You will translate business needs into functional specifications and drive end-to-end design documents, with strong collaboration across global teams and a focus on seamless integration within a Best-of-breed architecture.

Qualifications include a Bachelor degree and 2–5 years in Microsoft D365 Finance–SCM, plus fluency in English and French.

Bachelor degree.
2–5 years of experience with Microsoft D365 Finance–Supply Chain modules.
Familiarity with other Dynamics 365 modules and/or other finance/supply chain apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and document Finance and Operations processes in D365, gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specs.
Own Functional Design Documents (FDD) including integration with other systems.
Define data flow mappings (interfaces) and transformation rules.
Define and execute test plans for SAT/SIT and support data migration activities.
Setups and configurations of the system and support Go-live cutover.
Provide post go-live hypercare and document improvements for backlog prioritisation.
