Qualifications

• Strong Food & Beverage operational background.
• Minimum 3–5 years of senior operational leadership in the GCC hospitality market.
• Marriott brand experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office, Business Center, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary, and Engineering/Maintenance.
• Ensure brand standards, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance.
• Develop property-wide strategies aligned with Marriott initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement operational strategies.
