Job summary

Experience in Salalah Free Zone seeks senior financial professionals to lead the plant's accounting and finance operations, aligning budgets with strategic goals and ensuring IFRS compliance.

Ideal candidates have Arabic native with strong English, 8–12 years in financial management, cost accounting knowledge, ERP experience, and professional certifications (CPA/ACCA/CMA) preferred.

Qualifications

• Native Arabic speaker with excellent English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in financial management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing costs (Cost Accounting) and ERP systems.
• Professional certifications such as CPA / ACCA / CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial and accounting operations for the plant and set annual budgets.
• Monitor costs and variances across production and operations.
• Manage cash flows, bank accounts, and support strategic decisions.
• Ensure IFRS and local financial and tax compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and establish internal controls.
• Perform other tasks assigned by senior management within scope.

About the available opportunities:

Our factory, specialized in manufacturing and assembling cars in the Salalah Free Zone, affiliated with Salalah City Worldwide Company, is seeking to attract distinguished financial and accounting talents to join the team in the following two specialties:

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all financial and accounting operations for the plant and establish annual plans and budgets.
• Monitor operating costs, production costs, and analyze variances.
• Manage cash flows, bank accounts, and support senior management in strategic decisions and feasibility studies.
• Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local financial and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and official bodies and establish internal control policies.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by senior management within the scope of work.

Skills

Qualifications and experience:

• Language: native Arabic speaker with excellent English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred).
• 8–12 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the industrial/ factory sector.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing costs (Cost Accounting) and ERP systems.

Additional skills :
