MIRA Construction in Salalah, Oman, invites an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations on site. The role focuses on strategic planning, budgeting, and ensuring robust financial controls to support business growth.

You will partner with senior management, oversee accounting functions, and coordinate audits, while mentoring the finance team and ensuring compliance with local regulations and applicable standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication, leadership and analytical abilities; English fluent; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
• Develop and maintain internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization in Salalah, Oman.

The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and ensuring strong financial controls while partnering with senior management to support business growth.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA is highly preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role. Proven experience managing corporate treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, working capital management, and banking relationships. Hands‑on experience securing debt financing, negotiating banking facilities, or raising funds through financial institutions or other funding sources is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience working in Oman or GCC countries is an advantage. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
