Job summary

TALENTCO HR SERVICES LLP is seeking a General Manager Finance in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 20 years of experience, preferably in Shipping or Logistics, and hold a Chartered Accountant qualification. This role involves leading financial strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with IFRS among other responsibilities.

The candidate should also have a proven track record in finance leadership and expertise in supporting strategic business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience in finance, preferably in Shipping or Logistics.
• GCC finance leadership experience is preferred.
• Proven track record in senior finance leadership roles.

• Manage treasury, cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital.
