Oman Investment Authority seeks an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting and financial planning, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and aligned with IFRS and local laws.

You will lead the Finance & Accounts team, develop policies, manage audits, and produce timely financial statements, while providing strategic analysis and KPI oversight to support executive decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
• MBA or MSc in Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in managing Finance & Accounts.
• Expert knowledge of IFRS / IAS and financial reporting.
• Strong financial analysis, modelling and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and lead the Finance & Accounts team with CFO-approved priorities.
• Set and maintain accounting policies, financial controls and procedures.
• Produce timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Meet statutory, tax and shareholder reporting obligations.
• Manage fixed asset accounting, capitalization and verification.
• Lead budget and forecasting cycles and build budget models.
• Develop and update the business plan and KPIs.
• Oversee receivables, payables, and treasury management.
• Provide timely management reports to CFO and Board.
