Job summary

Esbaar is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee daily accounting, ensure accuracy of financial records and support strategic initiatives for the CEO. You will lead monthly closings, monitor cash flow, and maintain ledger integrity while ensuring IFRS compliance.

The role requires ACCA part-qualification (or progress), 3–5 years in finance, and strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities. Oman-based position with exposure to audits and governance matters.

Qualifications

• Omani National mandatory ACCA part-qualified actively pursuing ACCA preferably at least 9 papers completed.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience in audit firm or corporate finance function is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day accounting activities and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements for CEO review.

A Financial Accounting amp Reporting

Manage day to day accounting activities and ensure accuracy of financial recordsPrepare and review monthly financial statements for CEO reviewEnsure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policiesMaintain general ledger integrity and supporting schedulesMonitor receivables payables and cash flow cyclesManage monthly closing process and reporting timelines

B Compliance amp Governance

Monitor adherence to internal policies and approval frameworksSupport tracking of banking covenants and financing obligations

C Audit amp Coordination

Act as a key coordinator for external and internal auditsPrepare audit schedules and required documentationFollow up on audit observations and ensure timely closureSupport CEO in audit committee and governance reporting

D CEO Support amp Finance Leadership

Work directly with CEO on financial analysis reporting and strategic initiativesSupport preparation of Board level financial summaries and presentationsManage Finance Manager responsibilities and ensure continuity of finance operationsTake ownership of assigned finance areas and manage the full Finance Manager scope
