Job summary

FieldCore in Oman is seeking a Field Operations Professional to coordinate field activities with broad regional impact. You will lead travel planning, vendor coordination, and documentation, ensuring compliance and efficient mobilizations.

You will mentor junior coordinators, drive Lean initiatives, and partner with RM, HR, EHS, and Sourcing to improve readiness and reporting. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed and a focus on cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, administration, or customer service.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate large-scale travel and mobilizations.
• Provide guidance on travel, compliance, and vendor issues.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve planning and cost efficiency.
• Support audits, risk mitigation, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain and update internal systems and documentation.
