Job summary

Al Mouj Golf seeks an experienced F&B Operations Manager to lead planning, execution, and supervision across restaurants, bars, and event catering. You will manage menus, costs, and service standards to deliver exceptional member and guest experiences.

You will develop SOPs, train staff, and ensure HACCP and Muscat regulations are met, while driving financial performance and Omanisation targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma in hotel/catering management or a similar qualification.
• WSET Level 1 certification is preferred.
• HACCP Level 2 certification and first aid training are required.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan annual F&B business plan and outlet strategies.
• Develop operational plans with supervisors to support Al Mouj Golf.
• Prepare SOPs with the Head Chef and F&B Manager.
• Ensure maintenance of quality, safety, and hygiene per regulations.
• Lead recruitment, training, and Omanisation within budget.
• Maintain inventory, costs, and financial performance of F&B.
