Job summary

St. Regis is seeking an experienced leader to oversee all food and beverage operations, including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, financial performance and regulatory compliance while developing a high-performing team in a luxury environment.

You will manage budgets, coach staff, and maintain the brand service culture across all F&B departments, ensuring exceptional service and continuous improvement in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Must have education as listed and experience in food and beverage leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans for F&B.
• Oversees all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations.

• Coaches and develops team members; drives staffing, training and performance reviews.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and adherence to brand service standards.
