Job summary

Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant to join the team. You will welcome guests, assist with service, and help maintain the highest standards in a picturesque resort setting on the Salalah coast.

You will work closely with kitchen and bar staff, ensuring accurate orders and smooth service, while upholding food safety and grooming standards. English proficiency is required, with other languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, friendly and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Set up tables, service areas and buffet stations according to hotel standards.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items, beverages and current promotions.
• Ensure food and beverages are presented and served according to required standards.
• Clear and reset tables promptly while keeping the dining area clean and organized.
• Respond professionally to guest requests, questions and feedback.
• Maintain excellent personal hygiene, grooming, cleanliness and food-safety standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Support fellow colleagues and other F&B outlets during busy periods.
