Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced aircraft maintenance technician to keep aircraft in safe operating condition. The role involves servicing engines, airframe components, and related electrical systems, with routine troubleshooting and maintenance at the organizational level.

The candidate will perform inspections, troubleshoot, and supervise tasks such as landing gear overhaul, engine components work, and phase inspections, while ensuring documentation and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience on like aircraft.
• High school diploma or GED with certificate.
• Experience in intermediate level maintenance on F-16 Block 50.
• Experience in phase inspections and all aspects of scheduled maintenance.
• Experience in inspection and troubleshooting of any systems failures.
• Experience providing on-the-job training to technicians.
• Experience with landing gear overhaul, inspection, and operational checks.

Responsibilities

• Keeps airplane in safe working condition by servicing engines, engine components, and airframe components.
• Performs routine troubleshooting, installation, repair and maintenance of electro-mechanical systems on the aircraft.
• Performs end-of-runway, postflight, preflight, thru-flight, and phase inspections and related tasks.
• Advises on maintenance procedures and policies to repair aircraft and related equipment.
• Interprets inspection findings and determines adequacy of corrective actions.
• Oversees and performs aircraft jacking, lifting, and towing operations.
