Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, or related field from a reputable institution is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience as an Executive Sous Chef from a luxury 5-star resort.
• Proficiency in Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef and ensure quality food preparation.
• Train and supervise culinary staff and liaise with management and guests.
• Develop seasonal menus, monitor food costs, and maintain sanitation and safety standards.
