Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Outside Catering team in planning and delivering high-quality catering events beyond the hotel premises, based in Kuwait. The role focuses on coordinating events, supervising on-site staff, and ensuring adherence to brand standards.

The ideal candidate will be an Arabic speaker with relevant experience in catering or events operations and will work closely with clients to finalize event details and requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or events operations required

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of outside catering events
• Assist in supervising catering staff on-site during events
• Liaise with clients to confirm event details and requirements
• Ensure events are set up and executed to brand and quality standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction and service quality during events
• Support inventory, logistics, and equipment coordination for off-site events
• Assist with cost tracking and post-event reporting
