The ideal candidate will be an Arabic speaker with relevant experience in catering or events operations and will work closely with clients to finalize event details and requirements.

A 5-star luxury hotel in Kuwait is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Outside Catering team in planning and delivering high-quality catering events beyond the hotel premises.

Sourcing Recommendation

Arabic-speaking countries: Jordan, Palestine, Algeria, Tunisia, Mauritania — plus GCC nationals already based in-country (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE). Morocco can be considered only for female candidates aged 40+.
