Job summary

Ecojob in Muscat, Oman seeks an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at a luxury resort. You will create and execute innovative menus, oversee kitchen operations, and manage food and labor costs to maintain profitability.

You will train staff, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in luxury settings.
• Extensive knowledge of cuisines, cooking techniques and food presentation.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to create innovative menus while adhering to budget constraints.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations for handling food.
• Fluent in English (Arabic a plus).

Responsibilities
