Job summary

UrbanForm Developments seeks an experienced Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations in Khasab, Oman, on a contract basis. The role covers menu planning, food preparation, presentation, budgeting and inventory management, with close collaboration to ensure high standards of quality and service.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership, a culinary degree or equivalent, and a solid grasp of international cuisine and techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
• Ability to create menus that are both creative and cost-effective.

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Khasab Oman. This is a contract position for an African national with no English language requirement.

As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation and presentation, inventory management and budgeting. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that our high standards of food quality and service are consistently met.
