Job summary

Family Assist seeks an Executive Chef for a busy resort in Khasab, Oman. You will oversee all culinary operations, maintain high-quality, consistent dishes, and lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in a similar role, a culinary degree or cert preferred, and must be open to Pakistani nationals. Accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience working as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Open to Pakistani nationals

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food preparation and service ensuring high-quality and consistent dishes
• Develop and create new menu items that align with the resorts concept and meet guest preferences
• Train supervise schedule and motivate kitchen staff to maintain a positive work environment
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in the kitchen area
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of all food-related activities within the resort
