Job summary

Tpioneers in Oman seeks a Techno-Functional Odoo Consultant to gather client requirements, configure and customize Odoo modules, and manage backend/frontend development, including server setup and HA configurations.

Role involves leading workshops, training, data migrations, and upgrades while ensuring seamless experiences across HRMS, CRM, Accounting, Sales, and Inventory modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years in an Odoo Techno-Functional role with hands-on ERP implementation experience.
• Experience in server setup, high availability configurations, and Ubuntu/Linux environments.
• Strong experience with GitHub for version control, Odoo.sh for deployment, and API integrations.
• Skilled in data migration and Odoo version upgrades, including maintaining high availability.
• Expertise in Odoo functional capabilities, including configuring and customizing core modules.
• Proficiency in preparing documentation (BRD, FSD, RTM) and conducting functional testing

Responsibilities

As Techno-FunctionalConsultant, you need to have hands-on in gathering client requirements,configuring and customizing Odoo applications, and managing both backend andfrontend development. This role requires someone capable of directly implementing allaspects of the solution, from development to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Expertise

• Data Migration and VersionUpgrades: Execute data migrations and manage Odoo version upgrades, maintainingaccuracy and minimizing downtime.

Project and Client Engagement

• Work directly with clients toclarify requirements, provide progress updates, and adjust solutions based onfeedback.
