Job summary

AMAN is seeking an IT Systems & Odoo Specialist in Muscat to lead Odoo implementation, configuration, testing and ongoing administration of Odoo applications for business processes.

You will gather requirements, configure modules and workflows, manage data migrations, provide user support, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring security, backups and documentation. Fluent Arabic and English preferred, with 2–4 years' experience in IT systems and ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 2-4 years in IT systems administration or ERP implementations.
• Practical experience with Odoo setup, configuration and user support.
• Experience translating requirements into workflows and configurations.
• Familiarity with data migration, testing and user-acceptance testing.
• Knowledge of information security, backups and asset management.
• Certification in Odoo or ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Odoo implementation, configuration, testing, deployment and ongoing administration of Odoo applications.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into Odoo workflows and configurations.
• Configure Odoo modules, user roles, access permissions, approval workflows and system settings.
• Support data migration, module integration, system upgrades and user-acceptance testing.
• Provide ongoing user support and troubleshoot Odoo-related issues.
• Review business processes and recommend workflow improvements and automation opportunities.
• Prepare system reports, user guides, technical documentation and training materials.
• Coordinate with Odoo vendors or developers when customization is required.
• Train users and provide post-implementation support for new modules and changes.
