Job summary

NowWiN International seeks an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional Specialist with strong Oracle EBS Finance expertise to assess, configure, map, and optimize Oracle EBS Finance modules and integrations.

You will map as-is and To-Be processes for Finance, translate requirements into functional specs, review configurations and APIs, and support testing, UAT, and end-user training across GL, AP, AR, and related processes. Strong IFRS knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of hands-on Oracle EBS Finance experience.
• Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle EBS projects.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and central banking requirements.
• Oracle EBS certification preferred/required as specified in source JD.
• Experience delivering Oracle training to end users.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle EBS capabilities.

• Support testing, troubleshooting, UAT, documentation, and end-user training.
• Work across GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Bank Reconciliation, RTGS Payments, SWIFT, Procure-to-Pay, Intercompany, and related Finance processes.
• Address segregation of duties (SoD) requirements.
• Prepare test scripts and acceptance criteria and support end users during UAT.
• Provide functional troubleshooting and implement solutions.
• Prepare user guides, runbooks, and training materials.
