Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Services in Oman seeks a Bid Coordinator to support EPC Oil & Gas proposals. You will review tender drawings, prepare GO/NO-GO submissions with the Proposal Manager, identify opportunities and risks, and coordinate with clients to resolve tender queries.

You will review EPC tenders, prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs, and coordinate with civil, electrical, instrumentation, HSE and procurement teams for inputs.

Qualifications

• Experience in EPC Oil & Gas tenders.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, estimation, BOQ preparation, and bid coordination.
• Experience in handling multidisciplinary EPC proposals will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review EPC tenders drawings and scope of work.
• Prepare GO NO-GO Tender Synopsis in coordination with the Proposal Manager.
• Identify tender opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve tender-related queries.
• Review and assist in EPC tenders for Oil & Gas projects.
• Coordinate with Civil Electrical Instrumentation Quality HSE and Procurement teams for inputs.
• Prepare BOQs and material quantity take-offs from tender drawings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for quotations and pricing.
• Identify tender requirements such as tender bonds insurance penalties and bonus clauses.
• Prepare preliminary risk registers estimate manpower and equipment requirements.
• Compile technical and commercial bid submissions.
• Maintain ISO documentation and records.
