Job summary
Oman Investment Authority is seeking an experienced E&I and Automation Superintendent to lead maintenance of electrical instrumentation control systems and plant automation. You will supervise teams, manage preventive and corrective programs, support commissioning, start-up, shutdowns and capital projects to maximize equipment availability and system integrity.

Qualifications
- Plan and supervise daily E&I maintenance activities.
- Ensure reliability of power distribution, motors, MCCs, VFDs and automation systems.
- Support pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup activities.
- Manage maintenance plans, work orders and shutdowns.
- Develop maintenance strategies to improve asset availability.
Responsibilities
- Lead E&I technicians, automation specialists, and contractors.
- Ensure ERP is organized within execution teams.
- Enforce safety policies and permit-to-work systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and reliability metrics.
- Plan plant shutdowns and major overhauls.
