Job summary

Sisco on behalf of New Alfa International seeks an Electrical Engineer with 5–8 years in electrical construction and a minimum of 3 years in solar PV projects for utility-scale or large rooftop installations in Oman. You will review SLDs, coordinate LV/MV networks, oversee inverter installation, testing, and commissioning, and ensure safety across EPC sites.

The role requires hands-on expertise in solar PV systems, transformer networks, and rigorous quality control, with GCC exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in electrical construction
• Minimum of 3 years in solar PV projects
• Experience with LV/MV networks, SLD review, testing and commissioning

Responsibilities

• Execute electrical construction activities for solar PV projects
• Supervise LV/MV electrical networks installation
• Review SLDs and electrical drawings
• Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning of solar inverters and equipment
• Conduct inspections, functional testing, and pre-commissioning checks
• Ensure site works meet specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, commissioning and project teams
• Prepare technical reports and commissioning documentation
