Job summary

New Alfa International is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman for Oman to supervise civil and structural works on Solar PV sites. The role emphasizes foundations, structural steel erection, and strict adherence to drawings and specifications, ensuring safe, efficient site execution.

The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of civil supervision experience, with Diploma/ITI in Civil or equivalent, and a proven ability to coordinate multiple work fronts and crews on industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on supervision of civil construction activities and site teams.
• Ability to read civil/structural drawings and translate requirements to site execution.
• Experience in supervising foundations and related civil works.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at Solar PV project sites.
• Coordinate and monitor foundation works according to drawings.
• Supervise structural steel erection and ensure correct installation.
• Read and interpret civil/structural drawings for site execution.
• Monitor workmanship to meet project specs and quality requirements.
• Coordinate site manpower, materials, equipment, and daily work activities.
• Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions with engineers and project personnel.
• Maintain safe and organized working conditions during construction.
