Job summary

Sisco Jobs, for New Alfa International, seeks a Civil Foreman in Oman to supervise daily civil works on Solar PV projects, coordinate foundations and structural activities, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Candidates should have 8–10 years in civil construction supervision, a Diploma/ITI in Civil, and the ability to read civil/structural drawings, supervise steel erection, and coordinate manpower and materials.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in civil construction supervision.
• Ability to read civil and structural drawings.
• Experience supervising foundations and steel erection.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at Solar PV project sites.
• Coordinate and monitor foundation works according to approved drawings.
• Supervise structural steel erection and ensure correct installation.
• Read and interpret civil and structural drawings for site execution.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project specs and quality requirements.
• Coordinate site manpower, materials, equipment, and daily work activities.
• Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions with engineers.
• Maintain safe and organized working conditions on site.
