Job summary

Rotana Hotels in Oman seeks a passionate E-Commerce professional to support online content management, SEO, and digital campaigns that aim to increase direct bookings and overall online revenue. You will collaborate with Marketing leaders to optimize the property's presence across channels and manage campaigns across social media and partner sites.

The role focuses on driving traffic, content accuracy, and timely updates while maintaining brand standards and monitoring online feedback and ORM

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and increasing traffic through direct and semi-direct online channels to improve revenue and key metrics.
• Evaluate the performance of the branded website and propose improvements to boost bookings and production while keeping content up to date.
• Create and execute online campaigns across social media and third-party sites.
• Monitor and manage the property's presence on social platforms, set up campaigns (paid/non-paid) and run competitions to maximize exposure.
• Develop e-newsletters and coordinate presence on partner sites and newsletters.
• Ensure content (photography and descriptions) across channels remains accurate and brand compliant and perform QA audits.
