Job summary

Specialized Import and Trading LLC in Oman is seeking a Marketing Assistant Manager to lead and coordinate property-level communications and campaigns. You will promote on-brand messaging across traditional, digital, and social channels to build awareness and drive bookings.

Reporting to the Manager of Marketing and Communication, you will work with regional eCommerce and Marketing teams to ensure integrated efforts and strong brand consistency across all media and channels.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major and 2 years experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred
• OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of the annual marketing plan to budget.
• Provide support to Operations, F&B and Sales teams to execute promotions and campaigns to target in-house guests with promotions that drive incremental revenue to the hotel.
• Work with an advertising agency on the tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans, particularly for F&B promotions.
• Assist with the management of F&B media schedules, email marketing and display advertising.
• Stay informed about the status, performance evaluation, opportunities, and issues related to online programs and initiatives.
• Help verify that all advertising for the hotel in digital channels is in alignment with brand voice.

Education

2-year degree or 4-year Bachelor's in Marketing/PR/Business
