Job summary

A global luxury brand is looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for core Finance and Operations processes. You will gather business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications while contributing to the overall success of the transformation program. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft D365, with fluency in English and French. The position is based in Oman and offers participation in a global transformation program.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of work experience in Microsoft D365 (Finance – Supply Chain module preferred).
• Familiarity with system design and integration is necessary.
• Fluent in English & French.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and documentation for Finance and Operations processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Provide post go-live support, monitoring issues, and capturing improvements.
